My Approach
My approach towards nutrition coaching is very holistic, scientific & clinical. I stand strongly by my “No Diet, Diet" Formula and use food as medicine to my advantage. My clientele is very diverse and mostly consists of those who suffer with Autoimmune Diseases (like IBD, Lupus, Diabetes), Chronic Diseases (like Cholesterol, Thyroid, Insulin Resistance), Digestive Disorders (like IBS, Hemorrhoids, Acid Reflux/GERD) or Hormone Imbalances (like PCOS, Menopause & Amenorrhea being the most common amongst women). With solely food I have reversed or treated their health problems and made them achieve their individual goals.
Foundation
I truly believe once your foundation is strong the progress you will make during the course of the program will become permanent and not bounce back once you have successfully completed my program and started eating without a set plan. Unlike following conventional diet plans where you quickly lose in inches & kilos but as soon as you go back to your regular lifestyle you not only gain back all the weight you had lost but have a wrecked metabolism now as well.
You make your foundation strong by getting to the root cause of the problem. Addressing the underlying causes such as: Cholesterol Level, Under-Active or Overactive Thyroid, Insulin Sensitivity, Food Allergies/Intolerances, Digestive Disorders, Metabolic Disorder, Hormone Imbalances, Anxiety, Stress, Mental & Emotional Health, Daily Habits, and further improving your relationship with food & your body by breaking through restrictive mindsets & self-criticism.

All my programs are very comprehensive, intimate & intuitive. I provide supplementary information, knowledge, tools & technique to build upon for the rest of your life. I call my programs life changing only because each one of my clients breaks through my programs with 360 degree transformation of not just their body but mind, soul & lifestyle. They gain back their freedom and thrive on intuition & mindfulness in both nutrition & lifestyle. They continue to set new goals and are confident to accomplish them independently.

Food you eat everyday decides whether your body will prevent, reverse/treat or inflame chronic diseases, hormone & gut problems, your food alone is so powerful that it can change a lot more than just your body composition. Your food is medicine.
“Nutrigenomics” is a study of how food affects a person’s genes and how food & genes together can affect a person’s health and risk of developing chronic diseases.
